Our AES Battery

Finally, on 23.08 we could finish our new battery together with AES and test it immediately.
The battery uses lithium iron phosphate cells, which have a lower energy density than the previously used LiNiMnCoO2, but do not tend to thermal runaway. Thus, they offer significantly greater safety.

This battery now finally fits our new hub motor, which we were now able to test properly for the first time.
With this, we are now moving forward with the construction of a new rack as well as the new arrangement of our electronics components.
